💸 The Balance: The remaining 75% is payable at the dock on the day of your tour (Cash or Card).
✅ Risk-Free Booking: Your deposit is fully refundable if:
You cancel with more than 48 hours' notice.

⚓ Schedule & Departures
We offer three private 2.5-hour sessions daily. Please arrive at the Malecón pickup point (across from P.º Malecón 2415) 15 minutes before your departure:
🌅 10:45 AM – 1:15 PM | Morning Crystal Cruise The calmest waters of the day—perfect for relaxing and spotting marine life.
☀️ 1:45 PM – 4:15 PM | Afternoon Sunshine Social Peak Baja sun! Ideal for those who want the full tropical warmth and clear blue views.
🍹 4:45 PM – 7:15 PM | The Signature Sunset Session Our most popular slot. We depart promptly to ensure you are on the water for the full sunset transition, returning to land by 7:15 PM.

🌬️ Weather & Safety Policy
Your comfort is our priority. Because La Hora Feliz is designed as a relaxing "floating lounge," we maintain a higher standard for sea conditions than typical speedboats.
🚩 The 8-Knot Rule For your safety and enjoyment, we do not operate if sustained winds or gusts exceed 8 knots (10 mph), or if the Port Captain closes the bay to small craft.
⚓ The Weather Call We monitor marine forecasts 24/7. Unless conditions are truly unsafe or the wind limit is exceeded, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
💳 Refunds & Rebooking
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our crew:
🌬️ Weather Cancellations If we cancel your tour due to wind or safety concerns, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a free reschedule to the next available slot.
📅 Client Cancellations
48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of your deposit.
Under 48 Hours / No-Show: The 25% deposit is non-refundable. As we operate private tours, this deposit covers boat preparation and crew scheduling specifically for your group.
⏱️ Late Arrivals To maintain our private tour schedule, the boat must depart at the scheduled time. Late guests are still welcome to board, but the tour cannot be extended beyond the original return time. No refunds or partial credits are given for time missed.
